VENUES
MAIN VENUE for EIC
The sports center Oberhaching near Munich is the leading sports center run by the bavarian sports federation (BLSV). 220.000 sqm of sports facilities for 40 different sports are available.
There are 7 sports halls, swimming pool, sauna and fitness room on premise. As well the sports center does have around 300 beds, a restaurant, a bar and 12 meeting rooms.
The restaurant is a buffet type canteen.
There will be served: breakfast, lunch and dinner, included in the mealpackages.
In addition, there is a sports bar opened at evenings to socialize and come together.
During the evenings there are sofas to sit and talk, billiard tables and table soccer or table tennis to play.
The location is south-east of Munich with its airport away 1:15 hour by train or 35 min by car.

DOJO
As main dojo for competition and seminar we have a 60m x 40m spaced sports hall.
There is space for 4 shiai jo.
Because there is no grandstand everybody needs to be placed in the hall.
We will arrange possibilities to sit.
As well there will be a separate warming up hall available during the competition.
HOTEL / ACCOMODATION
Hotel Sport Schule Oberhaching
Room reservation is made by the teammanager directly with the hotel. There are no single reservations allowed for the sports hotel. The number of beds is restricted to 257 so single rooms are only available for VIP and referees.
Please make the hotel booking without any meals. For booking meals see the registration form by the EKF. All meals will be taken at the sport center as part of the meal packages to be booked separately for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For ZNKR-Delegation, EKF-Delegation and referees reservation is made by the organizers.
In case required there is a separate hotel close by. (see below)

SAYONARA-PARTY
The Sayonara Party will be held on Sunday from 07:30 pm – 01:00 am Sayonara Party
at the Event Center.
Welcome-Drink - Buffet -Drinks -Talks - Dancing!
The lobby will be our place for socializing and quiet talks.
And we will provide a dance floor with a DJ being in charge of the dance vibes.
